Imbabala Safari Lodge
Lodge

Imbabala is a small private concession nestling in the extreme north western corner of Zimbabwe where four countries meet, namely:  Zimbabwe, Namibia, Zambia, Botswana.  The safari camp is positioned in the riverine fringe on the banks of the Zambezi and offers some of the most amazing gameviewing and birdwatching available.  Drift along the Zambezi in a specially designed pontoon, sit quietly in the hide on the floodplain, drive leisurely around the concession or walk stealthily through the bush.  Birdwatching is unequalled due to overlaps from Botswana and the variety of habitats and riverine vegetation.

Accommodation is in quaint thatched chalets (catering for a maximum of 18 guests) all with en suite facilities, fans and mosquito netting.  The lodge operates on 220 volt mains electricity, boasts a swimming pool and bar, and is well known for its food and culinary presentation.
